Ballroom and Latin - Come Dancing at The Factory

Ballroom Dancing is the UK’s latest dance craze and The Factory’s six week beginners and intermediate courses have been specially designed to take you from being an absolute beginner to a confident social dancer in just 12 weeks.

You need no previous experience and a partner is not necessary.

Learning to Ballroom dance at The Factory is not only fun but also provides a full work out for your whole body-helping burn calories, improve core strength and increase overall flexibility.

Beginners 8-9pm

Learn to Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, plus Samba, Rumba and Tango with Gold medallists Natasha Manderson and Andrew Curden.

Intermediates 9-10pm

If you have some experience or have already completed the Beginners course and are ready to improve and finesse your skills this is the course will bring you to a satisfying level of confidence.

Advance Booking essential as both courses are extremely popular and have limited places.
