Come along and enjoy learning to belly dance with Imelda! Belly dance is a fun, low impact and expressive art form. Rediscover your femininity and improve posture, coordination, flexibility and strength … as well as learning exciting belly dance moves to exotic Middle Eastern music in a fun and motivating environment.


All ages, shapes, sizes and abilities can take part. All you need to get started is comfortable clothing and the desire to have fun. Bring a shimmy belt for extra impact!


Originally developed in the Middle East over 1,000 years ago to assist women with fertility and prepare them for childbirth, belly dance is now widely taught and practiced by women all over the world.


The classes include a warm up, technique, combinations, choreography, an energetic aerobic workout, stretches and relaxation. Don't miss out on the fun!
