What is it?
Shape Up is The Factory’s weight management and exercise programme - with Factory Fitness Coach and GMTV star Tina Baker.

Providing you with the tools to achieve your goals using a combination of exercise and sensible eating – in a framework of a friendly, supportive group, with on-going back-up from exercise professionals.

Kickstart your road to weight management with a 2-hour introductory Shape Up workshop – a fun afternoon covering basic exercises, plus expert tips on burning calories, toning up, nutrition, de-stressing and realistic goal setting.

Saturday 20th of March 2010, 12.00 - 14.00.


Keep it going with our ‘magic month’ – 4, weekly 75 minute Shape Up classes - a 45 minute body workout, followed by goal setting, advice and support.

Our Exercise Expert


GMTV’s Tina Baker lost 2½ stone and won Celebrity Fit Club. She’s kept the weight off for three years and is now a size smaller thanks to exercise. She’s a qualified YMCA aerobics instructor and specialises in motivational fitness coaching.

Our Nutritionist


Paula Haywood Fd/Sc DipION (mBANT)
Paula is a Nutritional Therapist trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, a leading establishment in the field of nutrition education. She has a Foundation Science Degree from the University of Bedfordshire and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She is also a full member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the professional body governing nutritional therapists.

Paula worked in the media industry for many years as a Human Resources Manager before qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist. She gained invaluable experience supporting both employees and managers in the corporate world and became aware of the inextricable link between health and high performance at work. She has always been a keen cook, however it wasn't until experiencing the dramatic effects of a diet change on her own health, that she realised the impact good nutrition can have on the quality of life.
