Based on traditional Chinese medicine, Chi Kung is a sophisticated exercise routine designed to maintain good health and aid recovery from illness or injury.
The routines emphasize and teach the importance of quality breathing, building muscle strength throughout the body and increasing stamina.
The exercises are simple as well as beneficial, and the aim is to teach techniques that people will be able to use at home or at work.
Because the system uses breathing techniques in a spirit of relaxation and calmness, the exercises are especially useful in helping with recurring stress symptoms, neck and shoulder pain, stiffness of joints, digestive problems and asthma.
