These courses are limited to 12 people and are very popular- so please call and book in advance
Fencing is both great fun and a fantastic way to get fit. It improves strength, flexibility, agility, co-ordination and cardiovascular fitness.
Learning to fence is not as hard as you might think. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Fencing kit is supplied. Please bring with you trainers, tracksuit bottoms and a towel.
