This practice is a beautiful, dynamic free flowing sequence of postures (asana) that work with the combination of the breath and the body’s movement. The Astanga practice is a challenging series of postures that creates internal heat and purifies the body. The work with the breath purifies the mind and brings balance and peace on all levels. By working with this practice over time we build physical and mental strength, patience and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
BEGINNERS
Mondays 6.45pm to 8.00pm
INTERMEDIATES
Mondays 8.00 - 9.30pm
Thursdays 8.35 - 10.00pm
Sundays 12.00 - 1.30pm
