Sergio Brillhante
I am a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer in Latin-American and Ballroom. My passion for dance started when I was 11 when a class-mate suggested we go dancing at a local school. I started competing a few years later (in 1996). By the year 2002 partnering Ana Afonso (pictured right) I had reached the professional section in Latin-American. I then started to perform at ballroom dancing events across Portugal. My dedication to dance and desire to develop as a performer and a teacher has recently brought me to London. Since January 2008 I've been working in this city as a dance instructor running group classes and private lessons, preparing pupils for social dancing, first wedding dance, medal exams and competitions.
Since June 2008 I started dancing with Sharon Withers with whom I will very soon get back to the dance floor both in competitions and demonstrations.
My dance styles include: International Latin (Cha-cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive), International Ballroom (Slow Waltz, Ballroom Tango, Slow Foxtrot, Viennense Waltz, Quickstep) and others (Slow Rhythm, Square Rumba, Argentine Tango, Salsa, West Coast Swing).

Nadine
Nadine first started practicing Yoga 11 years ago to help heal herself from an injury to her back sustained from her training in Ballet. She was hooked straight away and has now been teaching since 2001.
Nadine's life has been immersed in body work by dancing from the age of 4, training professionally in Ballet and Contemporary dance and also qualifying as a massage therapist in 2001. This has given her a thorough understanding of the body and how it works and through her holistic training she appreciates the mind/body/spirit connection which she fully incorporates into her teaching. Also, her lifetime of body work has given her a love and joy of physical movement.
Nadine qualified after studying for 3 years with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2008 and she is qualified in teaching Children of all ages. She qualified in teaching yoga to children with special needs and has completed her BWY module in teaching yoga to people living with cancer with Julie Friedeberger.
Emma Burton
Emma Burton has been a keen practitioner and advocate for yoga therapy for the past six years. She trained in New York City with the Integral Yoga Institute and now practices as a Registered Yoga Teacher under the Yoga Alliance.
Emma teaches mainly Hatha-style yoga, combining physical poses (asana), breathing practice (pranayama) and meditation. Her aim is to allow the holistic practice of yoga to heal and invigorate the entire body on a cellular level: to encourage full and efficient breath-work: and to centre the mind.
Emma encourages both a non-competitive and challenging approach to yoga. She allows her students to understand their uniquely wonderful bodies, to integrate physical limitations, as well as to challenge it to grow and for the yoga practice to deepen.
