I'll try and keep this short and sweet.
Having been a professional chef since leaving school and working up to head chef, I took a year out to travel the world and live abroad. This was in 2013.
I found my interests, calisthenic workouts, gym, and gymnastics, inspired other people to train and start their fitness journeys, this is what fuelled my career into the fitness industry.
I love Callisthenics and hand balance, these training styles are what I train in personally and have been doing for the last 5 years, so if you want to learn a handstand, flag, front lever etc. do get in touch.
I believe that working out shouldn't be classed as work, its a lifestyle and should be performed throughout life not just for a period of time. I also take a holistic view on fitness and believe a healthy lifestyle and positive attitude is key to achieve certain goals.
Each workout plan is tailor made to each individual and their goals, with the option of nutritional advice to help you become the best version of you!
