“Whether you want to achieve weight loss, muscle building or workouts that are fun and challenging, I believe I’m the PT for you. Being a student in sports and remedial massage therapy, and someone whom has been dancing for many years (and still am), I have learnt the importance of mobility and muscular balance to keep your body healthy and reduce the risk of injury. This is something I will help you with during our sessions via corrective stretches, foam rolling and corrective exercises. This is especially important if you want to take care of your body and exercise in the long term. Unforunately, this is something that tends to be overlooked at times. I also believe that, as someone whom has been dancing for many years, strengthening and conditioning the body to increase your performance works. So if you dance, again, I am the PT for you”

What is it about your training/class that makes you unique? 


As a student of sport and remedial massage therapy, I don’t just like to challenge my clients in their training but I like to focus on their mobility too and how they can take care of their body outside of the gym. All of which, I believe, will help improve the quality of their workouts as well as their day to day life.
