Having blended her professional dance experience with her life coaching skills, Keeley's class is a mix of sassy feminine dance moves, aimed at empowering and building your confidence. Her mission is for you to walk out of the class not only having had a great time and burning some calories, but also feeling uplifted more confident within yourself.

Keeley has been a professional dancer within the commercial industry for the last 10 years.
During that time she has worked on many different TV shows including X Factor, Strictly Come Dancing, The Voice and Britain's Got Talent. She has performed in various locations around the world with huge artist including Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Wiliams and Take That.

Steve
​
Steve trained in Australia and since then has travelled the world working in all genres.
Some of his credits include Strictly Come Dancing, So You Think You Can Dance Australia, Castello cheese, Harrods, Norwegian Cruise Lines and RuPauls Drag Race. He focuses on performance value with technique and style while having fun.
Commercial dance
A fun and sassy mix of movement and flavour With a stylised warm up to get what we need moving. Every week we will go on tour with a different artist and live our back up dancer dreams with a high value on performance and bring the moves alive with personality.
