I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina and have worked in Fitness for over 20 years. I started off by attending the National Conservatoire of Dance for four years. Then, whilst working in another job, I joined a gym. The only class available at that time was for runners. Initially, I wasn’t keen on running but gave it a go and soon I was member of a Marathon School, running marathons regularly – a good trainer can inspire you to achieve goals you never thought possible!
I gained my first formal exercise qualifications – Exercise to Music, Personal Training and Bodybuilder Training (equivalent to Level 3 REPs). I became a member of the Argentinian National Aerobic Team and was personal trainer to a wide range of clients.
After moving to London (for romantic reasons!) I continued with my training, successfully completing courses in Studio Cycling (Spinning), Kettlebells Pilates, Pre and Post Natal. I currently teach a wide range of classes to clients across Northeast London.

I work as a Freelance Fitness and Pilates Instructor, providing a wide range of group classes and individual personal training tailored to the specific needs of clients of all ages and abilities. I am employed by private clients, commercial and local authority gyms and local authorities (for special needs groups). Regular classes include:

Fat-burn and Sculpt (similar to HIIT)
