I was first introduced to the circus world when my mum, aged 43 at the time, went to a trapeze class, fell in love with it and was a full time teacher and performer within the year. I had no excuse not to follow suit!
Over the years I’ve tried to specialise but just love the different circus arts too much to give any of them up: I perform and teach acrobatics, contortion, aerial and hand balance. I also teach and practice yoga daily, and bring this into my circus teaching (especially for contortion and flexibility training). In circus classes I’ve had some of the hardest workouts of my life, but I’ve also laughed so much and made some amazing friends - that’s why I keep coming back to it, and I try and bring that circus magic into my classes too.
My classes are right for you if you’d like to get stronger and more bendy, learn new skills, and laugh a lot doing so!
