Extreme HIIT:

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This intense exercise will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts, you continue burning fat and calories hours after the class.

One of the biggest benefits of HIIT is that it increases your metabolism, it is quick and easy, you do not need any equipment, apart from your body weight and 45mns of this intense workout has more benefits and quicker results that 2 or 3 hours or other cardio or weight exercises.

It is a challenging class but it is suitable for all levels as you can adapt the exercises and the speed and intensity to your own level. The class is fun and enjoyable and the high energy music keeps you going.

The aim of the class is to challenge your body, have fun and achieve the best results at minimum time.

What to Wear:

Comfortable clothing which won’t make you too hot.

Tuesdays 18.30 - 19.15

Fridays 18.15 - 19.00

Sundays 11.00 - 11.45 with Reka
