Cycling off Season with Mills - Exercise for cyclists from the British cyclist team. Legs, intervals and core. No bike needed.

HIIT and Core with Cai - 45 mins of intense, exhilarating bodyweight exercise. He will take you through a series of jumps, hoops, pulses and holds that will work your entire body, and leave you feeling satisfyingly sweaty. Suitable for everyone with modifications where needed.

Booty, legs and Core with Gio - A full body workout structured in circuits with focus on glutes, legs and abs. Suitable for everyone who wants to get toned, agile, strong and fast.
Booty Building with Hope - A lower body workout using heavy objects in your house and putting them into a rucksack. With a focus on the glutes. We work with keeping muscles under tension for as long as possible by slowing down movement patterns. Resulting in a challenging workout whilst still from home, we’re working with what we can! Suitable for beginners with the option to make more challenging for the more experienced gym goers.

Cardio HIIT with Hope - High-intensity interval training is a training system where you complete short intense bursts of an exercise followed by a short recovery. A full body workout with an emphasis on cardio movements, keeping the heart rate up for 45 minutes! No equipment needed apart from your bodyweight. Suitable for all levels, modifications can be given to make exercises harder or easier.
Total Body workout with Tina -These fitness classes will improve your cardiovascular fitness, and inturn your physical appearance will also improve through the toning of muscles creating definition.

Extreme HIIT - high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This intense exercise will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts, you continue burning fat and calories hours after the class.
