InBody Analysis:
We understand that people can become discouraged at the gym as they can’t assess their progress in a reliable and easy way. The most common way to track our progress is by weight, however there is more to fitness progression than just body mass.
Now, for the first time, the technology used widely in leading hospitals and health care centres is available to our members. A simple procedure provides a series of 99.8% accurate measurements and a graphic report which will give you an overview of your body composition, analysis of fat and lean Mass, and most importantly, our trainers will discuss the results with you and provide a weight management programme incorporating the InBody findings.
We suggest that members use the Inbody every four to six weeks with their Personal Trainer to check your progress towards your targets.
InBody is available free to all members but needs to be booked in advance.
