Please remember that any notices for suspension, alteration or termination of a membership must be given with at least 30 days notice. As per our Terms & Conditions, terminations are processed so that your membership will end at the end of the following month (8.2(b)). If your freeze request is not received with sufficient time for processing, your suspension will be on the following payment in lieu of the month your are away for.
If you do not hear back from us regarding a freeze or cancellation, then it has been processed without any issues.
