Please remember that any notices for suspension, alteration or termination of a membership must be given with at least 1 full membership months notice. As per our Terms & Conditions, terminations are processed so that your membership will end at the end of the following membership month (8.2(b)). 

 

If you do not hear back from us regarding a freeze or cancellation, then it has been processed without any issues.

 

As we are a small team and process all administration requests once per week, however we will be in touch as soon as we can if need be.
