Nicola trained as a professional dancer/choreographer and turned to yoga ( Kundalini, Vinyasa and Bikram) during her final year, originally to gain more strength and flexibility. Nicola fell in love with the effects of yoga, and very quickly yoga became an intrinsic part of both her physical and mental wellbeing. Nicola’s classes are creative and unique, exploring the ebbs and flows of breath and movement from the very subtle to the most expressive.
