A conditioning and strength workout to improve your aerial training!
A full body workout including specific strengthening exercises geared towards Pole and Hoop movements, these will of course have other applications (such as gym calisthenics)!
We will be working on inverts, holds, lifts, different grips, leg hangs and shoulder mounts. We will also work on strengthening any imbalances that may occur during training over time.
Exercises will involve weights, resistance bands and the pole!
Suitable for beginners.
