This class is an extension of the introductory class, including a wider choice of exercises designed to enhance any type of practice you engage in, whether it is yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonics, pole dancing, dance, or sports. The ending meditation helps to move the physical understanding you gain through these exercises deeper into the body, allowing you to absorb them on a cellular level as you further soften the body and mind to release stored tension.

The Flow is a way to release inhibition and enhance imagination through movement. A vocally guided class, the Flow takes you on a physical voyage, as you move with your eyes, closed, discovering your own interpretation to a storyline that is supported by a beautiful, sensual, dynamic, and motivating soundtrack.
Here you will discover elements about yourself through letting go without judgment as you experience the natural pleasure and release that comes with letting body, mind, and spirit flow.
