Our Studios
The Factory London is a modernised and refurbished factory building in North London, with 3 studios available to hire. Whether you are looking for a dance rehearsal studio to practice your dance troupe or choreograph a performance, our rooms for hire are sure to have what you need. All of our studios are equipped with large mirrored walls & sound systems that enable you to play any backing tracks needed for dance rehearsals or instrumental tracks for singing rehearsals. The three main studios also have sprung floors to absorb shocks, enhance performance and greatly reduce injuries.

Building Facilities
The Factory London has a wide range of facilities available for anyone intending to spend large amounts of time with us. Not only do we have toilets and changing rooms available with showers, and lockers, we also have some storage capacity as well as a holding area with tables and chairs, with tea and coffee facilities. The entire building has access to WiFi, and there is a good selection of express supermarkets and newsagents close by, as well as cafes to enjoy some down time.

Parking
We have a limited amount of parking spaces in the car park, these are accessible on request only, there is always the option for off road parking. The post code you need for your sat nav is N19 4DX.
