My name is Reka, I have been a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and sports massage therapist for 11 years now. I have taught various classes from Zumba, boxing, Hiit, Powerplate, kettlebells ....to body combat, numerous personal training sessions and boot camps but only found my real passion after giving birth to my precious little boy, Leo 3 years ago.
I have gained new qualifications (baby massage therapy, pre/post-natal specialist, myofascial release/ postnatal massage and optimal nutrition for pregnancy and post-natal recovery) and have used my own experience of how I felt and what I have been through pregnancy, birth and becoming a mother to perfect my workouts that have really worked for me to get back into shape.
I’ve learnt a lot about the human body and how it works before I even thought of having a baby but going through the bodily and hormonal changes in my own body has put it into a completely different perspective.... I know where you are coming from when you have a bad night with Baby being up every few hours but I also know that exercising through these hard times have transformed the way I felt about myself as a woman and the way I dealt with the stress of being a mum....still a learning process but taking care of my own health and well-being has helped me to be more in control, be happier and more energetic for my little one.
