An aerobic exercise which takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle, sometimes also called spinning. Throughout the Cycle class the intensity and pace will vary to increase your heart rate. Your pedalling speed will increase/decrease from as fast as you can push yourself to a slow pedalling standing position to achieve maximum results.



Your overall fitness levels will improve throughout attendance of this class due to the varying in speed in which you cycle. You will lose body fat, strengthen your heart and build lean muscle on your legs and arms. This fitness class is a fun group session which is highly motivating.


What to Wear:

Comfortable clothing which allows movement.

Tuesdays 19.15 - 20.00

Wednesdays 07.00 - 07.45 & 19.15 - 20.00

Thursdays 19.00 - 19.45

Saturdays 10.00 - 10.45

Sundays 9:15 -­ 10:00
