About Vinyasa Flow Yoga:

Through a variety of synchronised yoga movements and correct breathing your body will be awoken and feel much more energised. Vinyasa Flow yoga is a combination of strengthening and balancing poses, which develop to lengthening and more relaxing poses and inversions which continuously intertwine within one another to enable your body to connect with your mind and spirit.

 

Benefits:​

Dynamic Yoga allows your body to tone, stretch and strengthen through the flowing movements. The class will aid weight loss, tone your muscles and your mind will de-­stress and become calm.

 

What to Wear:​

Comfortable clothing which allows you to be flexible.
