About Hatha Yoga:

A traditional form of yoga which is aimed to unite the mind, body and spirit. We like to vary each class slightly although we consistently bring the same sense of mindfulness to the practice of hatha yoga. Each class will include the same elements of asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathing practice), and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

 

Unlike some other forms of yoga, here at the Factory London we offer different levels of modifications which will suit your body, therefore we can tailor the practice to work with physical challenges.

 

Benefits:​ 

You can expect to feel physically challenged and stretched throughout the class however upon completion you will feel relaxed with a focused mindset and an improved confidence along with a sense of joy.

 

What to Wear:​

Wear light and comfortable clothing, and we recommend you do not eat two hours before the class.
