What is community open floor ?
We know that studio hire can be expensive. And as a recent graduate or freelance professional these expenses can burn a hole right through your pocket.
I’m sure you’ve asked yourself before - Do i really need an entire studio to myself? or - I just need a space to prep this routine but where am i going to find the spare cash for hire fees?
That is why we have created community floor hire.
£10 per slot. professional grade studios.
we have capped slots so that each participant can have enough space to use the studio as they desire.
No more breaking the bank or trying to stretch in an overcrowded gym. you get to come into a studio and actually train what you need to.

community open floor -code of conduct
community open floor only works if we are all able to be respectful of the other participants using the space. please adhere to the below studio policies of community open Floor when using our spaces.
one ticket - one person.
every person booked must have their own slot booked in their own name. no bringing friends under your booking. we have specifically limited the number of slots we offer so everyone has enough space to train.Headphones only.
in order to not disturb each other we have a strict headphones only policy for community floor hire.respect our studios
please clean up after yourselves, use the bins provided and make sure any and all equipment is returned to storage. leave the studio as found.adhere to your time slot.
late arrivals are admitted but there are no time extensions past your slot hour.keep to your space
no travelling across the floor - no invading other peoples bubbles.be concious of filming
If you need to film yourself, be concious to not include other participants around you in this footage.Respect each other and lead with kindness
Everyone will be booked into community open floor for different reasons. please be kind, respectful and concientous in your practice to not disturb each other and work collaboratively.
we expect everyone to adhere to all of the above policies and conditions of community floor hire. any participant bought to staff’s attention who is in breach of these policies may be asked to leave the session immediately and banned from booking future sessions.
