we offer major discounts for on the day studio hires, subject to availability, in our 3 studios located in islington.

with prices starting from £18 P/H + VAT, you can’t go wrong. our studios are all professional grade with sprung floors, surround sound and mirrored walls.

please note that our day rate studio hire is intended for solo practice only with a maximum of 3 participants per session.

only to be used for practice or rehearsals, classes and private sessions are not permitted via this hire method and will needed to be booked on an ad hoc basis through our standard studio hire preceedings.

all hirers will need to create an account with the factory and sign our terms and conditions and waiver of liability before proceeding with their hire. the process of this will be explained by one of our available reps.

day rate studio hire can be booked between the hours of 10:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday and 08:30 - 18:00 Saturday and sunday. bookings can run from 11:00 - 21:00 - Monday - Friday and 09:00 - 19:00 Saturday and sunday, subject to availability.
