I have been working in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor for the last 6 years and my passion for exercise and improving my fitness level, my body and my health led me to that.

Working full time as a psychologist, I understand the importance that keeping fit and exercise regularly has on our physical and mental health.

I am mainly interested in HIIT training, insanity, spin, boxing, circuit, boot camp and I love motivating and challenging my participants to achieve their personal fitness goals.

I like the participants in my classes to challenge themselves and at the same time having fun, so I put a lot of passion and energy in my classes.
