Payment and Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed verbally or in writing between the Hirer and The Factory Ltd., payment is immediately due. Payments under £300 are accepted by credit or debit card via STRIPE. Payments over £300 must be paid via bank transfer only.
Studio hire payments are non-refundable. Where circumstances allow, you can transfer paid bookings to alternate days and times, but only with the agreement of The Factory.
