As an integrated part of The Factory Fitness and Dance Ltd, our studios are some of the best rehearsal space in London.

Ideal for dancers, singers, choreographers, actors, casting directors, who want to work in a comfortable, professional environment that offers a full rehearsal service plus, free WiFi, Air Conditioning, changing rooms, massage/physio treatments and access to the gym on request.

The Factory has three studios for hire in a refurbished factory building in North London. All 3 studios have beautiful natural light and are ideal for rehearsals, castings and auditions, as well as photography, film, TV, video and commercial shoots, workshops and courses.

The Factory offers off-street car parking by request only.
