LOWER BODY DAY: Strength training not only makes you look more toned but it also helps you get stronger which leads to less injuries. Not sure about weightlifting? Come and try LIFT classes. Not only they are appropriate for all levels but there is also someone there to supervise you.
The sculpt and tone class presents you with the opportunity to learn how to use weights properly, strengthen and define muscles whilst burning calories and therefore losing weight.
