Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. Classes are a great way to improve your fitness level, strengthen your heart and burn fat. This is a highly motivating workout suitable for all fitness levels.
Tuesdays 7.30 - 8.15pm
Wednesdays 7.00 - 7.45pm
Thursdays 7.45-8.30
